Steven Greenall, Chief Executive

Steven has over twenty-five years’ experience working in the creative industries. From 2000 – 2007 he served as Executive Director of the International Trombone Association based in the United States. Joining the Advantage Creative Fund in 2007 as Managing Director of their small investment portfolio, he also worked as an investment director and entrepreneur-in-residence at Midven, the Midland’s leading early stage venture capital fund manager, from 2010 until 2015.

From 2005 – 2013, Steven served as Chair of Governors of Coventry’s largest primary school, moving out of special measures to outstanding during his tenure. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering and MA in European Cultural Policy & Administration from the University of Warwick, where he now serves as a Course Tutor and Visiting Lecturer on their

MA in Creative and Media Enterprises. Steven is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and sits on the CBI’s Enterprise Forum.

He began playing trombone at the age of nine and founded Warwick Music Group to make the joy of music accessible and fun – to date thousands of children worldwide have started their own musical journey on one of WMG’s products.
